Nick Troya was born and raised in New York city . There he would grow up and be influenced by many styles of music such as hip hop , rock , latin etc . . He would eventually gravitate to electronic music such as techno, techhouse and house and these genres of music would spark his passion for djaying . But in particular he found techno to be his true calling , Performing sets consisting of hard baselines with dark hypnotic riffs Able to play dark minimalistic as well as high energy techno tracks . He would develop playing these styles of Techno in the clubs and underground scene of New York. There he would also meet his friend and collaborater Dj Logan who together would go on to co-create “Techno Zombies” a DJ collective dedicated to the rave culture and promoting events in New York city and beyond.
