When she’s not performing in front of thousands at Europe’s biggest and best nightclubs, London’s Kikelomo can be found hosting monthly shows on Rinse FM or her co-founded radio station, Oroko Radio, running out of the Ghanaian capital Accra. Paying homage to her Nigerian roots, Kikelomo’s blends of house, bass, jungle, garage, and club are an infectious joy to behold in a live setting.
Since making her start as a DJ in 2017, Kikelomo has hit milestone after milestone, from performing to a 100,000-strong crowd at the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, to working with legends like Skepta and DJ Stingray. Her work in the music industry has also led her to get involved with the Association for Electronic Music, backing initiatives for more diversity and inclusivity in the dance music community. Kikelomo is set to play on AlphaTheta’s brand new XDJ-AZ controller in The Lab LDN this Friday.
