We knew that when Kaskade and deadmau5 got together to create Kx5, there were going to be some massive performances. This past weekend, however, they broke the record for the “largest single-day concert headlined by an electronic music artist ever in North America.” And according to Billboard, it was the “biggest ticketed global headliner dance event of 2022.”
Fans purchased over 46,000 tickets to attend the show on December 10, which took place at the LA Coliseum. John Summit, Anna Lunoe, and Triple XL were also on the bill. The concert brought in $3.7 million.
This summer, DJ Snake made history with a 63,000-capacity show in Paris.
Thank you, we made history.
