Research has shown that people working in the music industry are more prone to mental health problems, so for our next edition of The Big Questions we’re exploring how we individually and collectively can support good mental health practices to help sustain a happy, healthy working life. Discussing this topic will be Grammy Award-winning songwriters, DJs and producers Nervo in conversation with Doctor Anna Lembke, Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine, Chief of the Stanford Addiction Medicine Dual Diagnosis Clinic, and author of Dopamine Nation: Finding Balance in the Age of Indulgence.
Adding their knowledge and analysis will be Ari Peralta (Neuroscientist & founder of Arigami), Chloé Abrahams (Higher Ground, Agent & Mental Health First Aider), Rosana Corbacho (M.I. Therapy, Founder & Psychologist and AFEM Health working group co-chair) in a conversation moderated by DJ, Presenter, Okoro Radio co-founder and AFEM Diversity & Inclusion Working Group co-chair Kikelomo.
