“My music sounds like commercial American hip-hop and death metal being played through various farm animals.” – Borgore, from an interview with Spinner.com “Borgore Ruined Dubstep.” So reads the t-shirt that Asaf Borger, better known as bass culture’s enfant terrible Borgore, frequently wears onstage when he’s behind the decks. “I did ruin dubstep,” Borgore himself claims. “Three years ago, it was all mellow – and then I came with my shit!” Or maybe he helped save it.
