In this lesson we’re going to visit the mixer section of the DDJ-1000, placing a focus on the three-band EQ controls: the Low, Mid, and Hi knobs. These knobs control the bass, midrange, and treble frequencies respectively, and knowing how they sculpt and shape a track that’s playing is crucial, especially when it comes to mixing two tracks together.
