Philipp Straub & Kole Audro on Amberton Air | @Beatport Live

On 27.7.2019 a unique event took place in Lithuania – a first in the country, as well as one of the first times in the world,: a full DJ set streamed live while floating up high in the air in a hot air balloon from Amberton Air.

After preparing the concept over several months, the ballon took off in the late afternoon
just outside Klaipeda in Lithuania. On board one pilot, a small crowd as well as the
local Kodas promoter and resident DJ Kole Audro. They invited international guest DJ Philipp Straub
for this unique occasion who started to play right after the take off. While floating over the fields
and watching some of the wild animals running through the local woods the vibe just set perfectly
when the sunset started to happen and turned the sky into a wonderful painting.

Towards the emotional end Philipp and Kole Audro shared the decks for a surprise B2B until a bit before it was time to land the balloon safely back on the ground.

The evening ended with an after party on Sky 21 roof top club overlooking the skyline.
