At the start of the set, Iâve included an inspiring excerpt from Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist and teacher whose work explores the power of the mind, meditation, and the science of transformation. His teachings focus on how we can rewire our brains, change our thoughts, and create a new reality for ourselves. I personally follow his work and meditations, and I totally encourage you to read his books if you want to transform your life.
