When you’re playing tracks everyone knows, it can be great fun to tease your audience so they have a sneaking suspicion they’ve heard the track you’re playing before – but nobody’s quite sure until you drop it properly.
Using the Loopmove feature in Traktor (although most DJ software has something similar, or at least you can map something similar), here I mash up the intro of a stone-cold pop/electro classic – it’s really simple to do and hugely effective.
